Sunil Mehrotra is a rocket scientist, philosopher, scholar, and entrepreneur. He holds an MS in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from The University of Chicago. Over his career, he has held executive roles at GE, Chase, RCA, and Harman International, founded two high-tech companies, and taught as an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University.
In I Hacked God (Using AI), he applies his lifelong training in rigorous thought to the most intimate of questions: Who—or what—am I really?
A Note from the Author
As an engineer, I was trained to trust what can be tested. Yet throughout my life, I sensed a quiet presence beneath my thoughts—a stillness that felt profoundly real.
This book is my attempt to bring these two worlds together. It does not ask the reader to surrender their intellect. It asks them to use it differently—to examine their inner world with the same rigor we apply to the outer one.
It’s not a religious book—it’s a reflection on consciousness, identity, and meaning, using ideas from science, philosophy, and AI. No dogma, just curiosity.
For those deeply religious, I apologize. I encourage you to read the book or at least visit the website before judging.
